For commercial spaces, we also establish your workplace culture, and how we can strengthen this further through intentional design. We’ll define budgets, structural limitations, timelines, and other management areas that will inform your project.

Behind-the-scenes, we’ll put together a concept that brings together every facet of our initial conversation. This consists of floor plans, images, layouts, structural changes, and mood boards. We also present colours, samples of proposed fabrics and finishes, as well as furniture and joinery suggestions.

We’ll make any necessary adjustments before progressing to the design and development stage where all the final details come together. A final design with architectural drawings will be presented, along with materials and finshes specifications for you to approve.

From here, you have two choices. We can hand over the finalised design and part ways, or we can fully project manage your development and see it through to completion. Our comprehensive project management includes managing sub-contractors, timelines, budgets, and suppliers, as well as navigating any challenges that arise during the process.
