Newton Design Studio began with a simple belief: navigating a renovation or build should feel structured and supported, not overwhelming. We built a team that takes on the coordination, the documentation, the approvals, and the construction oversight, so a client's vision stays intact from the first idea to the finished space.
We built Newton Design Studio to be that single point of accountability — a collective of designers, architects, and project professionals who bring two decades of combined experience to every project, working as one connected team rather than a patchwork of separate consultants.

25 years of experience shaping homes and transforming work environments. From initial concept through to practical completion, Natalie manages the design process to stay thorough, seamless, on budget, and true to what the space needs to do.
She works directly with designers, architects, project managers, and technical and construction teams — so the project is considered from every angle, not just the design brief.

Dean
Dean provides the strategic and commercial backbone of Newton Design Studio. With experience across commercial and residential development, not-for-profit, and executive government, he brings a breadth of sector experience that translates into sharper decisions for clients — wherever their project sits.
Graduate Diploma of Business and an MBA from Curtin University, with 25 years in project and program delivery. His focus: making sure clients are set up to succeed well beyond handover.
Project Architect
Selmo
10 years turning concepts into buildable reality. Selmo is technically fluent across modern design tools and focused on one thing: delivering each design stage at a standard that holds up once it meets a construction site.
A qualified architect with a close eye for detail, he works alongside the wider team to make sure design intent doesn't get diluted between concept and completion.
Senior Architect
Pablo
Registered Architect and Building Contractor across WA and NSW, with 20+ years delivering multi-residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments — from boutique subdivisions in Perth to multi-million-dollar projects across Australia and abroad. As Director of his own practice, Pablo has carried projects from feasibility through design, approvals, and construction.
His depth across both design and construction means he brings a builder's eye to every design decision — anticipating what will and won't hold up on-site, long before the first sod is turned.
Design Associate
Alicia
7 years of experience spanning residential renovation, urban planning, and heritage restoration — including her own design-and-build renovation projects and technical drafting for commercial and industrial clients such as Ford Motor Company and Schlumberger. She brings a rare mix of design fluency and hands-on project delivery, having managed teams of up to 100 people on-site.
Alicia works closely with clients and stakeholders at every stage, from early concept through to construction, and is known for translating a brief into clear, buildable direction without losing sight of budget or timeline.
Site Supervisor
Brett
14 years' experience in carpentry and construction across residential, commercial and industrial projects, including running his own carpentry business overseeing work from planning through to completion. He holds a Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery, along with an Elevating Work Platform (EWP) ticket, Working at Heights certification, and a High Risk Work Licence.
Having supervised teams and coordinated subcontractors across new builds, renovations, extensions and fit-outs, Brett keeps every site moving to schedule without compromising on safety or quality. He works closely with builders, suppliers and trades to make sure what's on the drawings holds up once construction begins.
